CHITTAGONG INHABITANTS TO PAY. HELI’ REFUSED AGAINST TERRORISTS. (Received Tuesday, 7 p.m.) CALCUTTA, December 19. Realisation of the £7OOO fine imposed on the inhabitants of Chittagong for their failure to assist the authorities apprehend terrorists started yesterday, following on a refusal by the Governor of Bengal to remit or postpone the collection.
