MASTERTON CLUB GAMES. Chapman, Perry (s) beat Beecroft, Colvin, Hayne, Taylor (s), 25/14. Progressive Fours: Russell, I* latsen, Dorset, Todd (s) beat Bew, Gordon, McCracken, Chapman (s), 28/17; Hyde, Williams, Renall, H. Hendry (s) beat Robinson, Horne, McCullough, W. Hendry (s), 29/15; C. Larsen, G. Dagg, Francis (sub), Maxwell (s) beat G. Malmo. Thomas (sub), A. O. PROGRESSIVE FOURS GAMES. The third round of the progressive fours competition was played on Saturday afternoon by members of the Park Bowling Club. The weather and green were both perfect and all the games were closely contested. Results were as follow:—White, Pinkney, Brown, Kilgour (s) beat Jenkins, Reader, Blewett, Finlayson (s), 21/16; D. Finlayson, Dixon, Mulvey, Gibson (s) beat Dean, Buckley, Ackerman (sub) Lett (s). 21/17; Polson, Cumming, Ewington (sub), Rowlands (s) beat Burton, Vincent, Tunnicliffe, Carr (s), 19/17; Newton, Staniforth, Spaekman (sub), Bell (s) beat Kilmister, Simpson (sub), Evans, Shearer (s), 25/20. Games played on the various Club competition resulted as follow:— Handicap Singles: Jenkins beat Lett, Evans beat Rowlands, Jenkins beat Evans, Evans beat Brown. Club Pairs: White and Braggins (s) beat Cumming and Shearer (s). Champion Singles: Lett beat Rowlands, Shearer beat Evans (after an extra head). Champion Pairs: Ewington and Lett (si beat Newton and Blewitt (s). Keetley Medals: The holders, Dean and Kilgour (s), beat the challengers, Dixon and Bell, 23/20.
