Miss Jean Laing, Scatoun, is the guest of Mrs A. T. P. Hubbard, Upper Plain.
The Misses Buchanan (2), Hawera, who have been staying at To Kopi, have returned home.
Miss Sumpter, Essex 'Street, has gone to Oamaru for the holidays.
Mrs Robinson, Solway College, leaves to-day on a holiday visit to Auckland.
Mrs S. Holmes, Matahiwi, and her daughter. Mrs Whyte, are visiting friends in Auckland.
Mr. and Mrs McNaught, Essex Street, are paying a round of visits in the South Island.
Mrs Gordon Laing, Fairview, Upper Plain, is spending a few weeks at Castlepoint.
Miss Alison Pragnell, of Dunedin, is spending the Christmas vacation with her mother in Cornwall Street.
Miss Betty Blamires, Dunedin, is visiting her parents the Rev. E. O. and Mrs Blamires, Lincoln Road.
Miss McArthur, Solway College, is visiting Auckland.
Mrs Groves, senior, who has been spending a few weeks here has returned to Bushgrove.
Mrs Kennedy, Wellington, has been spending a few’ days at Braeburn.
Mrs H. T. Wood, Victoria Street, leaves to-day on a visit to Gisborne.
