IRELAND’S LOYALTY.
PAPAL LEGATE’S FAREWELL. SCENES IN DUBLIN. DUBLIN, July 3. “God will surely bless this dear land. I return to- the Holy Father to tell him of Ireland's wondrous loyalty,” said the Papal Legate, Cardinal Lauri, departing from Kingstown on a flower-decked steamer. The Legate was escorted by cavalry along the thronged decorated route from Dublin. Women, kneeling to receive a valedictory blessing, wept at gazing their last upon the beloved prelate. The quays were black with people, who knelt for a final blessing as the vessel cast off.
