OBITUARY.
MRS F. GODFREY. After an illness extending over many months the death occurred yesterday morning of Mrs F. Godfrey, of Dixon Street, Masterton, at the age of 72 years. The late Mrs Godfrey, who was held in the highest esteem by a large number of friends, possessed an endearing personality and all will join in their expressions of sympathy to the bereaved relations. Mrs Godfrey had resided in Masterton for a considerable 'period and was an ardent church supporter. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Frederick Godfrey, one son the Rev. R, Godfrey, of the Melansian Mission, and two daughters, Mrs J. Heron, Titahi Bay, and Miss D. Godfrey, of Masterton. The interment will be a private one.
