FLOUR QUOTA.
ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED IN BRITAIN. ABSORBING THE PRODUCE OF BRITISH FARMS. (Received Monday, 8.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 5. The “Daily Herald” says that the Cabinet, immediately after Easter, will decide whether to fix a quota of fifteen per cent, of British flour in every loaf, thus absorbing all the milled wheat available from British farms.
