YACHT RACE.
NEW ZEALAND BOATS UNSUITABLE. CHALLENGER’S PLANS. MELBOURNE, November 5. Mr. F. J. Bennell, owner of the yacht Oimara, has received a cablegram from New Zealand, intimating that the yachts Yvonne arid Thelma have been declared by the Canterbury Yachting Association unsuitable for the Tasman Sea race, which, is being postponed pending the building of approved yachts. Mr. Bennell states that he will probably sail his yacht to New Zealand at the end. of the year.
