PIRINOA DAIRY CO.
SHAREHOLDERS’ ANNUAL MEETING. (“The Age” Special.) At the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Pirinoa Dairy Company there was a good attendance of members. The annual report and balance sheet were approved, the latter showing the company to be in a sound financial position. The production costs for the year were considerably reduced. Messrs G. Busch, W. T. Hume and Walker were elected to the directorate. At a subsequent meeting of directors, Mr. David S. Warren was elected chairman.
