OBITUARY.
LEADING CANADIAN LUMBERMAN. OTTAWA, August 5. Mr. J. Fred Booth, vice-president and general manager of J. R. Booth, Ltd., lumber merchants, died on Tuesday in Rochester (Minnesota), aged 67. He was the second son of the late J. R. Booth, pioneer Canadian lumberman. Princess Erik, of Denmark, is a daughter. _______
