FUBTHEB DONATIONS TO FUND. TOTAL NOW £l9l. The donations now received for the hospital wireless fund total £l9l Os 2d. Additional donations to those previously acknowledged, wihich totalled £lB4 18s are: Alex Nfcish £2 2e; broadcasting collection jrer Lyttle and Co., 15s 7d; Women’s National Welfare League, per Miss Boddington, £1 2s: B. Judd, £2 2s. The meeting of the hospital wireless committee, which was to have been held at the Scout Den this afternoon to consider tenders for the installation has been postponed until Wednesday of next week. A STREET APPEAL. SAVAGE CLUB TO ASSIST. It is the intention of the Masterton Savage Club to make a fancy dress street appeal in aid of the hospital wireless fund on Friday* evening, September 5. The Savages will parade on motor lorries, rendering instrumental and vocal items, humorous and otherwise. The glee party will also contribute to the programme.
