SUB COMMITTEES ELECTED. SPECIAL MEETING. A special meeting of the Masterton. A. and P. Association was held yesterday afternoon, the President Mr. R. J. Barton in the chair, for the purpose of electing suib-conunittees for the ensuing year. The president (Mr. Barton) vice presidents (Messrs A. H. Tailoon and L. R. Wilton) and treeasurer (Mr. A. G.
