FORTNIGHTLY MASTERTON SITTING. JUDGMENTS FOR DEBT. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning by Mr. J. Miller, S.M., in the following undefended civil cases: —N. A. Christensen v. George Driscoll, £7 13s Bd, costs £1 12s. 6d. N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd. v. William Joseph Tilyard, costs only, £1 10s. Wairarapa Farmers’ Cooperative Association, Ltd., v. N. R. Stone, £l3 Ils, costs £2 18s. A. T. Jackson v. J. Corlett, £1 Bs, costs Bs.
On a judgment summons, Leonard Price was ordered to pay fortwith S. P. Carr £2l 17s, in default 21 days’ imprisonment, warrant to 'be suspended so long as 10s per week is paid. P. Hartmann was ordered to pay the Trade Auxiliary Co. of N.Z., Ltd., £6 2s 9d fortwith, in default six days’ imprisonment.
