CONCLUSION OF AVONDALE MEETING. KING LU WINS BIG EVENT. VALUE SCORES. AUCKLAND, April 10. The autumn meeting of the Avondale Jockey Club was concluded at Avondale to-day in dull and showery weather. There was a fair attendance and the track was a little slow. The totalisator receipts for the meeting were £79,025 10s., as compared with £90,659 10s for the autumn meeting last year, a decrease of £11,634.
