ACTION BY GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. PROPAGANDA AMONG TRIBES MUST CEASE. AMANULLAH MARCHING ON KABUL. (Received Wednesday, 7.10 pm.) DELHI, April 10. The Government of India has warned certain Afghan officials and agents on the North-West frontier that unless they cease propaganda among tribes under British control, seeking to influence them in support of the rival Afghan leaders, they will be ordered to return to Afghanistan. It is reported from Peshawar that Amanullah is marching on Kabul with an army of 32,000. His total force is expected to be nearly a hundred thousand.— (Australian Press Association.)
