BREAD CARdT IN MOSCOW. (Received Monday, 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 18. The “Daily News” says that bread cards are being issued at Moscow for the first time since 1920-1. Long queues wait outside Soviet shops in a vain hope of getting adequate rations. —(Australian Press Association.)
