MR. BALDWIN GOING ON HOLIDAY United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, August 11. The Prime Minister and Mrs. Baldwin left London this- morning for Aixles Bains, where they propose to stay about five weeks. In view of his appointment to be Prime Minister’s deputy during Mr. Baldwin’s absence at Aix-les Bains, Lord Hailsham has cancelled .his arrangements for visiting Canada as leader of the delegates from the United Kingdom branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association to the conference which opens at Ottawa at the end of the month, and at which all the Empire Parliaments will be represented—(British Official Wi-ctese.)
