WITNESSED BY TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PEOPLE. CROAT LEADER’S DEATH DUE TO DIABETES United Press Association. —By Electric Tele.r rnr >h—Convright. BELGRADE, August 12. After lying in state for two days the body of Stephan Radith was buried. It is estimated that over 200,000 people watched or participated in the funeral procession, which was headed by mounted Sokols and followed by Croat peasant delegations in national costumes with flags. A surgeon, Dr. Kostitch, who operated on Raditch after he was wounded, emphasised that there was no trace of abdominal inflammation of abscess and that therefore there was no connection between- the death and the recent wounds, which had healed perfectly. Raditeh had long suffered from -diabetes, which seriously affected his heart. The doctor declared that, the cause of death was heart failure.— (Australian Press Association—United Service.)
