PBINCES GOING TO AFRICA IN SEPTEMBER BUGBY, May 29. It is stated that the Prince of Wales will leave for his tour in East Africa romewhat earlier than was first contemplated, the first week in September be-ng mentioned as the probable date. It is almost certain that he will be accompanied by the Duke of Gloucester, who will obtain leave from his mil:.ary duties. Much of the tour, which will lie through Kenya Colony, Ugar da, and Tanganyika territory, wiß bo done by motor car. The Prince has rever yet visited East Africa.—(British Official Wireless.)
