MOTHER AND SON TEA.
TO-NIGHT’S FUNCTION AT Y.M.C.A. The Ladies’ Auxiliary of the Masterton Y.M.C.A. are holding tho annual Mother and Son Tea this evening in the Gymnasium, commencing at 5.30 p.m. The purpose of the gathering is to provide a special opportunity for the boys to do honour to their mothers and also to stimulate a high regard for mother, which should prove a source of power in days to come. The sum of Is. 6d. [ will secure seats for a mother and one son. The Mayoress, Mrs. T. Jordan, will preside. A programme suitable for the occasion has been drawn up. In addition to several vocal items and a toast, Mrs. T. R. Barrer will deliver an address.
