FOXTON CLUB’S MEETING. PALMERSTON N., October 25. The Foxton motor cycle races were held in fine weather. The attendance was three thousand. A total of 48 riders' competed. Results: — Whirokino Handicap (novices) 6 miles.—L. M. Rankine (Masterton) 45 secs. 1; H. B. Fletcher (45secs) 2; D. M. Hammond (55secs) 3. Time, 6mins 51 3-ssecs. Foxton Racing Club Handicap, 10 miles.—G. Dixon (80secs.) 1; S. Morrison (45secs) 2, W. Brown (lOOsecs) 3. Time, lOmins 324 secs. Moutoa Handicap, 7 miles.—G. Dixon (scr.) 1, A. Harker (lOsecs) 2, H. B. Fletcher (15 secs) 3. Time, 7mins 16 Herrington Classic, 15 miles.—J. If. Arnott (lOsecs) 1, H. Pitt (150 sees 2, Barrett (80secs) 3. Time, 14mins 42 2-ssecs. Coleman had difficulty in starting and lost a lot of ground. Then later, his tyre punctured in the fourteenth lap. Hiniitangi Handicap, 8 miles.—W. Viggars (65secs) 1, W. H. Berkett (55 2, H. B.
