GOULBOURN DISAPPOINTED. ONLY TWO SAILORS ARRIVE. SYDNEY, July 28.—Few American sa-lors are t-iking advantage of the offers to visit country towns. At Goulbourn, the streets were gaiiy bedecked and a large crowd turned out to" welcome 50 visitors, but only two arri' cd.
