FEATHERSTON COUNTY COUNCIL MOTOR DRIVERS ’ LICENSES. JJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1925, and Regulations made thereunder, it is necessary for drivers of all motor vehicles, including traction engines, to obtain a license, to drive same from the Local Authority in whose district the garage of the vehicle is situated. Applications for such licenses should be made at the County Council Chambers, Martinborough, by residents of the Featherston County desiring Drivers’ Licenses, which if made before the Ist of April, 1925, may bo issued without driving test, provided the applicant has driven the motor vehicle for which such license is required for three (3) months prior to the date of application. The fee for Motor Driver’s License is 5/-, and the License extends to the 31st March, 1926, at which date further application is necessary. No person under the age of 15 years can obtain a license.
