March School Journals for pupils ofMasterton Central School may he obtained at Cairns’s store opposite the school. - A Word to Parents. Mr Strong, Chief Inspector of Schools, when visiting Masterton Central School yesterday, stated thaj he wished the parents of children to realise that as the school year had been so much curtailed it would be necessary for children to continue work, when school resumed, from the stage reached by the lessons set for homerfrdrk. He also stated, that as the time when the schools will reopen is still indefinite he would urge the parents to see that their children made the best use of the means provided for their education by faithfully carrying out the allotted work.
