For allowing the consumption of Intoxicants in prohibited hours at the club house and dancing without a licence, Arthur Radburn, secretary and treasurer of the Manor Lawn Tennis Club, Larkhall Rise, Clapham, was fined £56 and £l7 17s. costs at South-Western Court.
