DAMAGE TO ELECTRIC WORKS. is hereby given that any person who damages the Board’s Power lines or equipment by the falling of trees, or otherwise, will be held responsible for the cost of repairing same, and also for any claims in connection therewith. If such damage is done wilfully, the person responsible is liable in addition to a fine not exceeding five hundred pounds.
