FORTNIGHTLY MEETING.

The fortnightly meeting was held last night when A. D. Bro. Winhall presided over a large attendance of members.

The Bards reported on sick brothers, and sick pay amounting to £5 was passed for payment. Maternity bonuses for £lB, and Grand Lodge dues £177, were also authorised to be paid out.

Reports were presented on the cricket club and Christmas tree function. The latter takes place on Thursday evening, and everything is in readiness for a good outing for the children. Invitations have been extended to the children of the Methodist Orphanage, to be present. The half-yearly balance sheet was adopted. Three friends were proposed for membership.
