GREAT DEMAND FOR TICKETS.

There is.a brisk demand for tickets for the young people’s plain and. fancy dress dance, which is to be given at the Municipal Hall on Friday evening in aid o' the fund for the Wairarapa High School tennis courts and other equipment.

Mrs Kendall has offered to give lessons this afternoon at 4 o’clock at her ball in Cole street to any children who intend to be at the dance. There will be another lesson on Thup*dav.
