CREDITORS’ MEETING. CANCELLED. Mr H. E. Davis, liquidator of the Wellington Farmers’ Meat Co., Ltd. (in liquidation), has sent out the following notice to creditors:— 4 4 You are hereby notified that the meeting of creditors called for Wednesday, the 26th day of September, 1923, referred to in my notice of the 11th September, 1923, will not be held.” It is understood that certain legal obstacles have arisen regarding the transfer of some of the company’s assets.
