NOT ENTITLED TO RELIEF. (Received 7.35 p.m.) - London, March 14.—The locked-out are not entitled to unemployment relief under the Unemployment Insurance Act, which provides that an insured contributor who loses his employment owing to a trade dispute in the factory in which. he works, shall be disqualified from receiving benefits.—(A. and N.Z.)
