To establish an additional Parking Place for Motor Cars, to wit:— PRINCES STREET.—Princes street on the South side; and COLE STREET.—CoIe street on the South side in lieu of the existing Parking Place in Cole street. TAXI STANDS. To repeal Section 7 of the Amendment By-law, 1921, and to substitute therefor Church street in the centre from a point 25 feet east of the alignment of Queen street.
