The Rev. D. C. Bales wired as follows last evening:—Fair to cloudy weather lias prevailed, the wind being variable, southerly breezes predominating, and the atmospheric pressure has decreased. Present indications are for moderate to strong north-easterly to south-easterly breezes generally. The weather will be dull to overcast In most parts of the country and misty rain following shortly in noil hern and Past Coast districts. The barometer has a tailing lendency,
