The Soviet representative in Kovno has warned Lithuania that the Moscow Government will not sanction the occupation of the Vilna region by international detachments on behalf of the League of Nations during tho plebiscite, as such occupation will infringe tbe Busso-Lithuaninn Peace Treaty.
