France and America will contest the Davis Cup at Eastbourne on July 8. The Daily Telegraph states that Kingscote, Park, and the leading officials And the proposal to select Lyeett to represent England in the Davis Cup is objectionable. In a trial at Amsterdam, Holland won the deciding match against South Africa. Raymond was unable to represent South Africa owing to an accident.
