NO IMMEDIATE CHANGES. (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Last Night. No changes are to bo announced in the Ministry for a week at least, and perhaps not until after the New Year holidays. There are two-vacan-cies to be filled, and possibly three. Sir William Fraser n* to retire from the Government very soon, and it is quite well understood that ho is to be appointed to the Upper House. This appointment may be announced any day now. Sir Willia/n will continue in the Ministry until arrangements are completed for the new Ministers to take office.
