WEDDING
WARREN—SIEMONEK. A quiet wedding was solemnised in the Roman Catholic Church at Masterton, yesterday, the contracting parties being William Henry, second son of Mr and Mrs T. R. Warren, of Gisborne, and Frances, second daughter of Mr and Mrs Jacob 'Bk* monek, of Solway, Masterton. Monsignor McKenna officiated. 'i*e bride, who was given away by her father, was tastefully dressed in white crepe de chene, with hat to match. The bridesmaid, Miss Lily Siemonek, sister, of the bride, was, dressed in frosted voile and white hat with streamers. Mr Jack Siemonek, returned soldier, acted as best man. The bride's present to the bridegroom was a set of military hairbrushes. His present to the bride was a gold bracelet, and to the bridesmaid a gold brooch. A reception was afterwards held at the residence of the bride's parents. The presents were numerous and costlv. The happy couple left in the afternoon for Christchurch, the bride's travelling dress being a navy blue costume.
