They were married, and her husband warited a honeymoon. She had other ideas and declined, so he picked her up and kidnapped her, retiring to a sequestered island to keep her until she came to her senses. This is only one situation of many bright ones in tho G oldwyn picture, "Friend Husband," in which the new fashioned wife is Madge Kennedy,! apd the old fashioned husband Rockliffe Fellowes. No opportunities have been passed in this delightful comedy, which ranks as one of Madge Kennedy's best vehicles. The unexpected happens in an unexpected way, and the story, is particularly suited to th© bright little commedienne who is featured. A number of supporting- subjects include comedy and interest films.
