Commander Frederick Wyatt, the cliivt" examining officer at Halifax, has been arrested on a charge of manslaughter in connection with the exihicf| with the munition ship Mont Blanc. Wyatt is accused of neglecting to properly control the movcmoml of ship.i in the harbour.
