MR MASSEY AND Silt JOSEPH WARD. (By Telegraph.—Press Association j WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Right Hon. W. l'\ Mussey has announced that JVew Zealand will be represented at the meeting of the War Oabmet by Sir Joseph Ward and-himself, subject to Parliament's approval. A short session of Parliament will be held prior to their departure, probably opening on April 9fh, to make the necessary arrangements to enable the representatives to go •Britain. The t'onferenee will be he&d in Juno, so representatives Bhould leave before the end of April.
