At the evening session the subject of church schools was introduced by the Rev. J. G. Castle, Island Ray. Tho nation had shown during the last few years the effect of such action, developing into a raeo sunk in wickedness and cruelty. The speaker stressed the point that if we neglected the training of our children, we, toff, were in danger of sinking into ignorance of the best things of life and making the solution of tho groat problems of the futuro very difficult indeed. The Rev. Castle concluded an excellent address by appealing to tho C.B.M.S. to do its best to help forward the movement-. After an interesting discussion, in which many members too part, the evening concluded with a hearty vote of thanks to tho Rev. Castlo for his address.
