MARTIAL LAW PROCLAIMED
(Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. and Reuter.) (Received Lust Night, 5.5 o'clock.) AMSTERDAM, February 2. A stringent Martial Law ban been proclaimed in Berlin. It warns the citizens not to participate in public meetings. . The "Berliner Tageblatt" states that the police occupied the Trades Union buildings, where a'number of the leaders are imprisoned. There is no rioting in Berlin. There were several disturbances In the suburbs, buE t-lio police uispersed the workers.
