masterton sessions. (Before His Honor the Chief Justice, Sir Robert eiout.) Tlie Masterton sessions of the Supremo Court were continued yesterday morning, when bankruptcy business was taken. FOREMAN v. JONES. This was an application by David William Foreman, farmer, to have Thomas Jones, motor car salesman, declared a bankrupt. Mr H. C. Robinson appeared for the petitioning creditor,, and Mr O. Pragnell said he appeared to watch proceedings 011 behalf of Jones. His Honor granted the petition, and adjudicated Jones bankrupt. MOTIONS FOR DISCHARGE. John Jarvis Cameron and Vera Cameron (Dr. Triable) were granted discharges. ■George Richards, and William Wordon Wills (Mr Pragnoll) were also granted discharges. MOTIONS FOR RELEASE. Thirty-three motions for rcleaso wore also granted., __ rilhe Court adjourned at 10.30 till 2.3b on Monday afternoon.
