ANNUAL MEETING
v annual general meeting of the I.M.C.A. Swimming Club was held in the rooms in Masterton last evening. I here was a good a ttendance of members, and the chair was <>ecupiod by the general secretary. The annual report and balancesheet were read and adopted. Officers for the ensuing year tvero elected as follows:—Patron, Mr W. FL Beetham; president, Mr JEf. Morrison; vice-presidents, Messrs D. E. Parton T. F. Watson, J. V. Gordon, R. J. King, and Drs, W. H. Hoskmg, A. Hosking, and D. B. Maunsell; club captain, J). Welch; secretary and treasurer, S. V. McEwen - committee, R. S. Moore, D. Ross' M. Thompson, S. J. Dudson, E. McEwen. The election of starter and iiandicapper and two members of the committee was hold over till next 'iiceting. It was decided to open the season on Thursday, November llth.
