VERDICT OF "NOT GUILTY." (By Teltoravh —Pre** Atxociation.l (7ir.RT.STCIiUIIC'H. Last Night. The lien ring of the charge of aiansbmghter against Pierce Edward Powor arising out of tho death of Mr F. C. Binns on August 13th, was concluded to-day. After a retirement of two hours, the jiu-y returned a vordict of "Not guilty,'' and the accused was discharged.
