EAGERILY MAKING MONITIONS. (Received this morning, 12.5 o'clock.) CALCUTTA, July sth. The Government of India is'' employing all the available resources of the country for manufacturing munitions. Victor Bagley, late assistant secretary to the railway stores, has been appointed superintendent of munitions, a task analagous to that of the Rt. Hon. D. Lloyd George.
