THE BALKAN STATES.
NEGOTIATIONS CAUSE GERMAN UNEASINESS. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) PARIS, July 8. The newspapers state that negotiations on the part of the Allies with the Balkan States are proceeding favourably for the Entent Powers. The German newspapers are showing anxiety, and trying to Foment jealousies between the Balkan Powers.
