ENORMOUS GERMAN CONCENTRATION.
HEAVY FIGHTING STILL IN PROGRESS. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) PETROGRAD, July 3. Four hundred thousand German troops are concentrating in the Libau district either to await and co-operate with_ 'General Maolcensen in a gigantic enveloping -novement north and soufff, _or to advance on Riga. .L.-J: 7_-'-£^'f~'Z""^ Official: Tho enemy has established contact with us along the livers of Wyznica in the direction of Lublin, and continues to progress north and north-east between Vieprz and the river Bug. A stubborn rearguard action was fought northward of Zamosc. Numerous enemy attacks were made on Wednesday and Thursday on the iSokal-Ralicz front, and vere mostly repulsed with heavy enemy losses. We made prisoners during our counter attacks of 2000. Nevertheless, southward of Rohatyn, an entry fortress, the enemy established themselves on Thursday evening on the left bank of the Gnilalipa.
