Qualified hunters are those who have qualified in compliance with Part 5, N.Z. Hunts' Association, and the Master's Certificate of qualification must he produced at the scales. 2. In any handicap the winner of any race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71b. 3. All entries to be addressed to the ■ Secretary, Palmerston North, and to state name, sex, color, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, names of the owner and trainer, and colours of the rider, and in case of j handicaps the performances of the horse. Entries by telegram m\ist_ be confirmed in writing at the earliest opportunity.
