THE AMERICAN ATTITUDE.
(Received Last Night, 9.10 o'clock.) AMSTERDAM, July 2nd. The "Hamburger Nach rich ten" is disappointed at Mr .Gerhard's views concerning the American attitude. It declares that'"there is no evidence that Americans are opposing the delivery of supplies of ammunition to the Allies. Therefore the submarine war, of which the Lusitania was a victim, is a powerful and indispensable part of the German warfare.
