John Dickson, formerly an attendant at the Porirua Mental Hospital, was arrested to-day on a charge of manslaughter in connection with the death of James Hamblyn, a patient, who died recently as the result of shock from burns received .while being bathed by Dickson, according to the verdict of the coroner at the \nquest. 4 '
