MYSTERIOUS EXPLOSIONS
RUSSIAN DYNAMITE DESTROYED
(Received Last Night, 8.35 o'clock.) NEW YORK, June 2nd. The people of Seattle were much alarmed by the mysterious explos'on on a scow in the harbour.; The explosion caused £20,000 worth of damage. Almost all the windows in the town were shattered. The dynamite was the property of the 'Russian Government. The< pifblic jooupjle tine explosion with the recent plottings to destroy Japanest steamers, and see in it the menace of German fanaticism, and the first material damage within the hounds of the United States.
